Oriented towards the cutting-edge activities for which we are renowned, our advisory and litigation practice focuses primarily on contracts, public procurement and construction law, liability and insurance law, medical and data protection law, sports and media law, as well as intellectual property and unfair competition law.
Our practice also extends to other areas, including labor law, divorce and inheritance law, as well as administrative and criminal law.
Structure
Founded in 2012, our firm was born of a passion for our favourite practice areas and the ambition to offer personalized, specialized services in a human-sized structure.
As of 2026, our firm has changed its name and is now driven by Charles Joye and Yvan Henzer.
