Michael Stauffacher
Michael Stauffacher holds a Master’s degree in Swiss law, a bar exam and is an FSA specialist in construction and real estate law. For over ten years, he has been representing and advising companies, public authorities and private individuals on their projects and the disputes they face, in the fields of construction, contracts, spatial planning and public procurement. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge and recognized experience, he works in the interests of his clients to resolve their disputes efficiently and pragmatically, mainly in his fields of expertise, but also in civil and criminal matters.
In parallel with his work as a lawyer, he has been teaching for many years in various specialized professional training courses.
He is also a member of the Swiss Football League’s Licensing Appeals Commission and Vice-President of the Lausanne Aero Club.
