Olivier Rodondi
After obtaining a PhD in media law from the University of Lausanne in 1990, Olivier Rodondi became a partner in a renowned business law firm in Lausanne and Geneva in 1992. Since 1999, he has built a solid reputation in public procurement law, a field in which his expertise is widely recognized. In this respect, he advises local authorities and other public entities organizing public procurement contracts. He also assists companies participating in tenders with assessing and defending their rights.
At the same time, Olivier Rodondi has acquired extensive experience in association and sports organization law.
Olivier Rodondi also advises clients on public construction law and contract law, in particular contracts for work and services, agency agreements and leases. He assists clients in all types of administrative and legal proceedings.
